Agape Flights Agape Flights makes regular weekly flights to Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Bahamas for over 350 missionary families. Agape distributes medicine, medical supplies, nutritional supplements. They coordinate short-term, volunteer mission teams and organizes and implement self-sustaining community development projects. Also serves in Honduras and Belize. |

Aldo Castañeda Foundation (La Fundacion Aldo Castañeda) Guatemalan organization established to develop a high quality pediatric cardiac unit in Guatemala (to help children from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Belize, Dominican Republic and Haiti). Funds raised help train medical, nursing and technical personnel and also acquire the necessary equipment. Founded by top pediatric cardiac surgeon Dr. Aldo Castaneda. |

Belize Children's Project Through Rotary District 6510 BCP provides orthopedic care for Belizean children under the age of 18. Dr. Jack Sheridan, an orthopedic surgeon, donates his time, and travels each year to Belize, where he conducts clinics and identifies the children who can be helped through treatment in the United States. Belize Mission & Retreat at Turtleshores Belize Mission & Retreat hosts hands-on medical/dental teams, construction teams and other teams throughout the country of Belize. |

Belize Mission Project The Belize Mission Project has been taking doctors and dentists into Belize since 1991. They are familiar with temporary licensing requirements, and also have connections to facilitate the entry of medications and supplies into Belize. (09/15/2008- site down) |

Christian Service International (CSI Ministries) CSI works with churches, schools, universities, families and individuals to design custom international and national outreach experiences. CSI handles all the details and provides the assistance group leaders and coaches need to have a successful experience. Works in Guatemala, Belize, Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Honduras, among other countries. |

Friends of Pediatrics Assists underprivileged Belizean children with obtaining tertiary healthcare. The organization has formed alliances with hospitals abroad, which are willing to accept needy children and perform complex operations not available locally, with no medical expense to their families. Hillside Healthcare Center The Hillside Health Care project in Southern Belize. The freestanding clinic meets the needs of local residents and villagers. Additionally, mobile clinics are operated in coordination with the Belizean Ministry of Health twice a week into remote Garifuna, Creole and Mayan villages. |

International Hospital for Children The IHC program focuses on surgery and treatment for children of Latin America, with future plans to expand areas of service. They provide critical surgeries for children at IHC Network Hospitals, and send surgical and diagnostic missions to program countries including Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras. |

InterVol InterVol’s programs include the recovery of unused medical supplies for use in non-US health care facilities; the sending of medical teams to areas with significant health needs; and Friends Across Borders, which works closely with local US schools to create learning opportunities in the international communities. Omni Med Co-operative Health Education Program in Belize Omni Med's physicians teach health care providers in six government hospitals and one other site that serve the country’s poor. Each ten-day tour is one or two days per site at seven sites in Belize: Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, Belmopan Hospital, San Ignacio Hospital, La Loma Luz Hospital, Orange Walk Hospital, Dangriga Hospital, and Universal Health Services. Omni Med sends physicians every other month from September through May, for a total of five visits annually. |

Peacework Peacework Medical Projects has established annual primary care clinics in Honduras, Belize, and Guyana, offering health care to those who would likely otherwise go without. The clinics are two weeks in length and approximately 1500 patients are seen during that period. |

ProBelize Belize, like all developing nations, faces the challenge of providing adequate health care to its citizens. Doctors and nurses often find themselves without the equipment, medicine, and support necessary to properly care for their patients. Clinical interns are matched with organizations such as public and private hospitals, an elder care facility, adolescent rehabilitation services, blood labs, and rural clinics, in a manner that best suits community needs. |

Project Belize, Inc. Project Belize is a non-proft corporation located in Nacogdoches, Texas, that annually sends a group of doctors, nurses, and other members travel to the Central American country of Belize. The group provides medical treatment to approximately 1000 people living in the remote villages of southern Belize. |

Reconstructive Surgery Foundation (RSF) Earthspeak EARTHSPEAK works from birth through cleft palate correction by training nurses, midwives, community rehabilitation workers, speech language professionals, parents, and others.
