The theme for the 2017 Bethune Roundtable is Evidence Based Global Surgery – Advancing Education, Research, and Advocacy. This conference aims to bring together health professionals from across disciplines to share their experiences in delivering safe surgery in low-resource settings as well as highlight the importance of using evidence to guide initiatives, and to encourage research on global surgery.
