Physicians For Peace sends teams of medical volunteers, including physicians, dentists, nurses and other health professionals, on medical missions to places where their healing skills are needed. Dominican Republic programs include dental clinics, burn compression units, and women's health programs.

Project HOPE's focus is primarily on the rural Mayan populations, where the infant and child mortality rate is far above the national average. Promise for Haiti was founded in 1981 as the stateside support agency for Comite de Bienfaisance de Pignon in Pignon, Haiti. An outpatient clinic and small hospital provide major and minor surgery, radiology, pharmacy, lab, eye and dental clinics, as well as a nutrition training center.
Pro-Papa works with the people of Honduras to relieve their suffering through health, housing, and education. Pro-Papa operates two clinics: one on the north coast, in Uracco, and one in the southern region of Corquin.
Prosthetika's mission is to provide appropriate and sustainable assistance to disabled people in developing countries. In Haiti, Prosthetika built a self-contained prosthetic workshop into two 20 foot steel shipping containers. The workshop facilitates fabrication of artificial limbs and orthopedic braces, and serves as a training facility for training local Haitian technicians.
