Functional Literacy Ministry of Haiti (FLM) is a nonprofit organization that works in the communities of Laboule, Boutilliers, Kenscoff, and Thomassin, located south of Port-au-Prince. FLM operates a primary and secondary school in Laboule and the House of David Community Health Center in Thomassin, providing basic health care services and health education.
