International Medical Assistance Foundation

The International Medical Assistance Foundation (IMAF) conducts several medical and surgical missions annually to Central and South America, including Juticalpa, Honduras.

International Medical Corps (IMC)

International Medical Corps has been operating 15 mobile medical units throughout Port-au-Prince and the surrounding regions. Providing services, including, emergency, primary and mental health care, maternal and child health, immunization and communicable disease surveillance, and health education. These services are provided through a combination of both static and mobile medical clinics.

International Medical Equipment Collaborative (IMEC)

IMEC works with equipment donors, volunteers, shepherds (or project sponsors) and caregivers to fulfill its mission. IMEC's goal is to provide equipment that will stabilize and then elevate the level of care, so IMEC looks for shepherding groups willing to support a project over a three - five year period.

International Medical Services for Health

INMED is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit development organization dedicated to strengthening communities worldwide by building partnerships and programs that help enable adults and children in those communities to improve their lives.INMED was established in 1986 to serve as an effective and efficient conduit for the delivery of essential medicines, medical supplies and supporting materials to health-related nongovernmental organizations throughout the developing world.

International Medical Volunteers Association (IMVA)

International Medical Volunteers Association (IMVA) is a nonprofit organization that promotes, facilitates, and supports voluntary medical activity through education and information exchange.

International Surgical Foundation

International Surgical Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on providing spine and scoliosis surgery to individuals with spine related problems in the Caribbean and South America, including the Dominican Republic.

The International Surgical Health Initiative (ISHI) is a non-profit organization that provides free surgical care to underserved communities worldwide, including Haiti and Guatemala.

InterVol

InterVol´s programs include the recovery of unused medical supplies for use in non-US health care facilities; the sending of medical teams to areas with significant health needs; and Friends Across Borders, which works closely with local US schools to create learning opportunities in the international communities. The medical volunteer program is currently serving Belize.

IVUmed

IVUmed (International Volunteers in Urology) is committed to making quality urological care available to people worldwide. In fulfilling this mission, IVU provides medical and surgical education to physicians and nurses, and treatment to thousands of suffering men, women, and children. They have worked in Honduras, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

IWISH Foundation International

IWISH Foundation helps to provide training for local medical professionals, provide medical equipment, building collaborative partnerships to improve medical and surgical processes in Haiti.

J/P Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO)

J/P HRO's efforts include providing emergency medical and primary care services, delivering medical equipment and medicine, distributing food and water purification systems, improving communication systems, and community redevelopment in the neighborhoods surrounding the Petionville Camp.

Jacmel Rehabilitation and Development Center

Healing Hands for Haiti, Team Canada Healing Hands, Team Ange, The Community Coalition for Haiti, and others to provide a sustainable physical rehab clinic in Jacmel, Haiti which has been devastated by the worst natural disaster in the history of the western hemisphere. All licensed physical and occupational therapy professionals are invited to join.

John E. Fogarty International Center for Advanced Study in the Health Sciences

The Fogarty International Center, the international component of the NIH, addresses global health challenges through innovative and collaborative research and training programs and supports and advances the NIH mission through international partnerships.

Joint Task Force (JTF) -Bravo Medical Element (MEDEL)

JoyHouse Ministries

JoyHouse has a mission center that serves as headquarters for the church started by the ministry, as well as the mission teams. JoyHouse currently serves four area churches and two orphanages while facilitating multiple ministries including a medical ministry which offers primary care services through multiple clinic sites.

Jungle Medic Missions

Jungle Medic Missions provides medical and dental care for Mayan Indians living in remote villages in the jungles, mountains and along the Rio Dulce River in Guatemala. They host teams of doctors, dentists, and other medical personnel.

Kelby's Kids

Kelby's Kids conducts primary medical care trips to various clinics in Haiti providing adult, pediatric and neonatal medical care.

Kendall Optometry Ministry (KOM)

KOM provides optical equipment and training to Christian optical mission teams traveling all over the world. The equipment and training is provided at no cost and supplies are provided at a break even price. Teams are responsible for building their own eyeglasses inventory but much assistance (in the form of training and software) is provided by KOM to assist in the building of this inventory.

Key Humanitarian Initiative for Southern Honduras (KHISH)

Key Humanitarian Initiative for Southern Honduras (KHISH) conducts medical, dental and vision mission trips to San Lorenzo, Honduras. KHISH teams provide surgical services at the San Lorenzo Hospital while also offering medical and dental clinics in the surrounding areas.

Kings Hospital

Kings Hospital offers a 35 bed in-patient facility with 2 surgical suites, supported by Lumiere Ministries. Major and minor surgeries performed.

Klinik Fonfred

Klinik Fonfred is a primary care clinic located in Les Cayes. The clinic is entirely operated by a Haitian staff including a director, doctors, nurses, clerical and support staff. The clinic is open 6 days a week, offers primary medical care services, digital x-rays and laboratory services.

Klinik Lenkanasyon

Clinic in Terre Cassee, Haiti, supported by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Staff includes nursing and pharmaceutical staff as well as a physician 3 days per week.

Klinik Pep Bondye-a

Klinik Pep Bondye-a operated by the Haitian Health Foundation is an outpatient health clinic located in Jeremie and features a dental clinic, eye care, x-ray and sonogram capabilities, five exam rooms, laboratory and pharmacy.

Konbit Sante Cap-Haitien Health Partnership

Founded in 2000, Konbit Sante is committed to helping Haitians in North Haiti care for Haitians with targeted health programs, supplemental Haitian medical staff, teaching, equipment, supplies, and infrastructure improvements.
